Conference fees and registration
Conference fees are set at two rates: one level for those who are contributing a presentation or poster, another for everyone else. You can book for one day or both. Some places are also available at a discount to students. Registration is online and payment can be made online by card, or else by cheque.

Support for visa applications
Nationals of some countries need to have a visa or entry certificate to enter the UK. Information on specific country requirements can be obtained from any British Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. We can supply an official letter confirming your reservation for the conference - but only under our terms.
