Support for visa applications
Nationals of some countries need to have a visa or entry certificate to enter the UK. Information on specific country requirements can be obtained from any British Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. We can supply an official letter confirming your reservation for the conference on the following terms:
- Full payment of the course fee, with receipt of funds confirmed by our bank, is required before we can issue the letter.
- Work/organisational email addresses should be supplied. Letters of confirmation will not be sent where only a personal email address is given.
- Once payment has been received, one official letter will be issued for visa application purposes. This letter will be emailed to the applicant. We cannot fax or email letters to embassies, high commissions or consulates.
- Once the individual has received their visa to travel to the conference and informed us of the fact, full joining instructions for the conference will be sent out.
- In the event that an individual does not receive their visa to travel, a full refund of their fee will be made less 4% expenses.
